“Trading Cases” Flower Sweet Treats

http://stampwithtami.com/blog/2010/03/flower-sweet-treat

“Trading Cases” Stampin style! In the crafting world, we have an acronym called “CASE” it stands for “Copy and Share Everything”. CASEing is what enables many of us who aren’t naturally “gifted” with the creativity “gene” to feel like we are “queens of cuteness” (quote from Cheryl H.).

Recently my friend Mary Fish and I had a bout of project envy. Project Envy = drooling over each other’s creations (happens a lot, you may suffer from this too). So how does one cure “project envy“? One CASES of course! Warning: CASEing causes excitement, pride and extreme satisfaction. Mary had created the most incredible “Black Eyed Susan card” out of sweet treat cups, oval punchs and m&ms. I just flipped over it. She went crazy over Punchy the Lion! So we crafted up the fun idea to CASE each other and post them together…so today’s video is dubbed “Trading Cases”!

The BiblioGov Project is an effort to expand awareness of the public documents and records of the U.S. Government via print publications. In broadening the public understanding of government and its work, an enlightened democracy can grow and prosper. Ranging from historic Congressional Bills to the most recent Budget of the United States Government, the BiblioGov Project spans a wealth of government information. These works are now made available through an environmentally friendly, print-on-demand basis, using only what is necessary to meet the required demands of an interested public. We invite you to learn of the records of the U.S. Government, heightening the knowledge and debate that can lead from such publications.

Omnia

A chart recorder traces the temporal evolvement of data which describes a broad spectrum of our reality (stock exchange prices, water levels, population developments, a participants pulse rate, number of sunspots, phases of the moon, …) Strange patterns and correlations among the drawn curves emerge. The participant finds himself connected to events which are situated far outside his horizon of experience and perception.

This project is part of my Bachelor Thesis.

Trade Gothic animated

I started a small project playing around and animating a couple of letters. But what started as an animation test soon turned into a growing collection of animated letters and
ended with a complete animated trade gothic typeface.

You can download the animated typeface: http://markusfeder.com/media/TradeGothic_animated.zip (10.3 MB)

Eco currency

The ECO Currency project originates from the hypothesis that an important factor in our current environmental crisis is the disconnect between the economic ecology and the environmental ecology. Environmental issues could be addressed by linking these two spheres in a better way.

After an explorative design research project, three key recommendations for future actions were formulated. For more background information please visit www.eco-currency.net
